Exchange and return policy:
We offer two return options:
1. With the delivery representative directly:
- Return the product to the representative immediately

- Refund within 24 hours with delivery fees deducted

2. Later return (within 14 days):
- Products must be in their original condition with packaging and labels
- Attach the original purchase invoice
- Deduct delivery fees from the refunded amount
